My birth name is Vanessa Alexandra Rios, but I mostly introduce myself  by Nonamae. I don't have a split personality  ; )  and I am very fond of my birth name, however Nonamae Satya has special spiritual meaning for me and came to me a couple years back.

What do I do? Currently, I'm a Natural Health & Intuitive Living Coach, Massage Therapist, and Eternal Student. (currently studying Pranic Healing, Hand Analysis, Raw Food Gourmet, Debbie Ford's Life Coaching, and personal growth always)

What does that mean? I empower individuals to become their own Health Experts so they never have to depend on an outside source to tell them what is right for their body and lifestyle. I do this by facilitating connection and developing a dialogue with the body. I am a guide to assist reaching health and lifestyle goals via making manageable and realistic changes to eating and lifestyle patterns, at a pace that's comfortable and all sans willpower or deprivation. Together we lay out a map to nourish all aspects of your life so you can live your most vibrant and fulfilled life.
