My birth name is Vanessa Alexandra Rios, but I introduce myself by Nonamae Agape. I don't have a split personality ; ) and I am very fond of my birth name, however Nonamae has special spiritual meaning for me and came to me a couple years back.

I help guide you to reach your health and lifestyle goals by making step-by-step changes to your food and lifestyle, at a pace that's comfortable for you. Together we lay out a map to nourish all aspects of your life so you can live your most vibrant and fulfilled life.
